
Flash in juggling is the throwing and catching of a number of props when each prop is thrown and caught only once. The term is used to distinguish the flash from the more continuous juggle, wherein every prop must be thrown and caught at least twice.
World records are kept for both juggling and flashing for balls and bean bags (considered equivalent), clubs and sticks (also equivalent), and rings. They, according to JISCON, are as follows:
