Domingos Silva Castro (Fermentões - Guimaraes, 22 november 1963) is een Portugese langeafstandsloper.

In 1987 won een zilveren medaille op het WK atletiek van 1987. Op de Olympische Spelen van Seoel behaalde hij een vierde plaats op de 5.000 m in een tijd van 13.14,41.

In 1995 won hij de marathon van Parijs in 2:10.06 en in 1997 hij de marathon van Rotterdam met een tijd van 2:07.51, een nieuw persoonlijk record. Op 17 oktober 1999 won hij de 20 km van Parijs in 57.54. Deze tijd geldt tevens als veteranen record (mannen ouder dan 35).

Zijn tweelingbroer Dionísio Castro is ook een wereldklasse duursporter. Beide vertegenwoordigden hun land op de Olympische Spelen van 1988 (Seoel) en 1992 (Barcelona). Domingos deed ook nog mee aan 1996 (Atlanta) en 2000 (Sydney).
