透明国际 （正體）
透明国际(Transparency International)成立于1993年，总部立于德国柏林，是一个旨在反对贪污腐败的国际非政府组织。从1995年起制定公布清廉指数，其中2003年的指数包括了133个国家。该组织在大约80个国家有分支机构，与一些政府合作反对腐败，其中亦设有专门对中国进行调查研究的工作小组。
