截止频率

截止频率(cut-off frequency)，某件电子设备的频率上限或下限。
数理上某种系统只收取一定范围的频率，敞若超过了这个频率范围，频率会被拒绝。时常运用在光理学与机械工程。

例如一只超低音扬声器的上限截止频率通常为100–200 Hz之间，这表明该超低音扬声器是设计来播放最低可听音频率直至此设定频率之间的声音。
