软珊瑚（Alcyonacea，或 soft corals） ，是珊瑚的一种，但是其骨架缺乏碳酸钙成份。

不像石珊瑚，软珊瑚一般均可蓬勃发展，在营养丰富的水域较少的光照强度。几乎皆可利用Zooxanthella作为一个主要的能源来源，其食物是水中自由浮动的生物，如盐水虾（brine shrimp）。
