迈诺特 （Minot, North Dakota）是美国北达科他州沃德县县治。2000年人口36,567人，是该州第四大城市。

1887年6月28日设市，城名纪念大北方铁路行政总裁詹姆斯·希尔的朋友、铁路测量员亨利·戴维斯·迈诺特。^[1]
