历史

阿尔卡特

阿尔卡特成立于1898年，成立时名为CGE（Compagnie Générale d'Electricité），到1968年因合并Société Alsacienne de Constructions Atomiques, de Télécommunications et d' Electronique而改名为Alcatel。阿尔卡特先后购并了数家公司，以扩充产品线及技术。

朗讯科技

朗讯科技是建立在AT&T的贝尔实验室（Bell Labs）和西部电子（Western Electric）基础上的一个公司。1996年9月30日从贝尔实验室分离。

产品

阿尔卡特-朗讯的产品线极广，从传统PSTN交换机至行动通讯设备、宽带网络设备等，近年来亦发展IPTV、NGN等设备。
