陈恒辉 （正體）
陈恒辉（1945年4月14日－），现任特速集团主席，出生在香港。
他拥有丰富金融、旅游、投资等经验之一。他在1981年成玏收购美国太平洋银行股权。1995年成功收购建煌新记（特速集团前身）。
现在他拥有日本、美国、英国、新加坡等资产。
