GNAT Modified General Public License（简称：Modified GPL、GMGPL、MGPL)是一种软件授权方式，它是原有GNU General Public License（简称：GPL）授权方式的一种特别修订版，是针对Ada编程语言的类属特性而修订，其修订的内容主要如下：

As a special exception, if other files instantiate generics from this unit, or you link this unit with other files to produce an executable, this unit does not by itself cause the resulting executable to be covered by the GNU General Public License. This exception does not however invalidate any other reasons why the executable file might be covered by the GNU Public License.

大意是：

以一个特殊例外条款来看待，如果其他档案的形成须引用这个单元，或其他档案在编译过程中将这个单元加入连结，进而产生可执行的程式档，这个单元无法要求自身之外的引用者、连结者也采行GPL授权。这个例外不能以任何理由而无效。

使用编译程式定向（compiler directive）的控制码：“pragma License (Modified_GPL);”就能够使GNAT编译器以Modified GPL的授权方式进行查核确认。
