Intel i960是英特尔所出品的一款非x86架构的RISC微处理器。

起源
1980年代，i960的设计起始于英特尔在iAPX 432处理器的失败。
架构
为了避免与i432相同的性能不佳的问题，i960核心的指令集使用了RISC架构。它的内存子系统使用了33位元的宽度——32位元表示word以及1个位元当作内存保护的指标。
家族
终止
1990年代以后，i960团队已不再开发后续产品。然而仍有厂商使用这些处理器（例如RAID控制卡），因此英特尔目前仍出售这几款处理器。
